The video starts with about one minute of me doing dance improvisation. Following that, there are about eight minutes of belly dance lesson. We learn how to do the horizontal figure eight (and variations, as always).

The musician is Shem Tov Levi, one of Israel’s leading musicians, and with him took part in this album some of the leading and most creative musicians on the Israeli ethnic musical scene.
