Work at Home Series: Managing your Time
This series of articles has been written specifically for the work at home moms. The focus of this article is on time management.
You have often heard that time is money; this is so true in the home-based business industry. In fact, it is so important that if you do not master the time management skills required to stay focused and on course each day you run the risk of failing to meet your goals and could end up in business failure.
Think about it for a moment. If you are new or a just researching the inner workings of the home-based industry you may not have an appreciation for the time commitment needed to ensure that you are successful. Let us look at a few things that will happen when you start working from home.
Remember those friends that would just show up at your door to go out for a few hours for shopping and a cup of coffee. Can you still do this, or better, should you be doing this?
Remember how you could volunteer at the school when they needed help getting an event together. Now if the time is not convenient to your work schedule, can you still do this, or better, should you be volunteering?
Remember how you could sleep in if you felt like it. Now you need to answer email, read productivity reports, check on what is going on in your industry, building business leads that can translate into sales.
Can you and should you still be doing the same things you did when you had a lot of time on your hands. The answer is no, you will need to change your routine. You should set a new schedule. This commitment does not mean that you cannot volunteer at school, take your daughter to dance lessons or your son to soccer practice. This is the reason why you wanted to stay at home and to start a business, so that you can raise your children while earning some money. You just have to be smarter now.
Here are some ideas for how to organize the new schedule.
Set a start time each day. Start times can vary depending on your other commitments.
Set a number of hours you want to work each week.
Make sure that you finish off marketing activities early each week, that way you ensure that you will have business in the weeks to follow.
Stick to the plan, but do not fret if you fall out of whack. This will happen and you can recover, but you need to focus on being consistent over time.
Let your friends know that you are still around by spending time with them, but let them know that you are in business.
Lastly, have fun.

What will you do if tonight when you get back to your 3 story home after work, ?
you found out your wife is dead on your bed, Beside it (on the floor) its a Knife filled with blood, only you and your wife stay’s together for 5 years.
The door was closed and it was not forced open by anyone.
You owned a Retriver doggy, and its sleeping soundly in the back yard.
The TV in the room was still on, She was watching the korean series which she normally would watch after cooking is done (5.30pm).
She would mop the floor and lock the front and back door at 4.00pm before cooking.
After everything at 5.30 she would bath and go and watch her series,
When she died you went to check the series it was not started yet.
Nothing was lost… it was not robbery everything was intact at home.
Who is the killer, how did the killer came in, killed your wife, and manage to do it so silently, and the reason?? try to continue the story by answering these questions…

unless the dog was drugged ( blood test needed)
it was someone who visited the house before, and didn’t worry the dog.
a friend of the family, a family member, the post man, etc.

I closed the door behind me after confronting her.
Randy told me shes been sleeping around with my colleagues.
I confronted her about it and she denied it and cussed at me. Shouting at me saying that I need to get my head striaght.
Todd told me the same thing a few days after the fight.
I was mad, furious and above all else, seeking revenge. My two best friends told me the love of my life was cheating on me. I was desperate for answers and closure.
After work I came home with the intention of confronting her a second time. Although this time, I was not going to let her lie to my again…ever.
I searched the house looking for her. No signs.
I made my way upstairs, my feet pounding against the floorboards of the stairs.
I slowly pushed the bedroom door ajar, lightly, letting my fingertips do the work.
The door wide open. My eyes water. The love of my life, strewn across the bed, facing down…dead.
“Look what you did, pathetic job.” says Todd.
“Good bye my schizophrenic friend” says Randy.
I fall to my knees, tearing at my hair. Eyes tearing. Guilt building.
I had finally come to the acceptance of who I was.
I was a murderer. Looking for someone to blame. But there was noone…just the voices in my head.
