reasons why someone would be a good leader in a rugby lesson but not as good in a dance lesson?
this is for my sport btec level 3
i just want to know a few factors that changes someone from beinga confident leader in the sport they are better at.
Part of it depends on the participants. We used to do aerobics in pre season and the rugby guys taking it were fine. I bet though if you put a bunch of gym bunnies in front of them they would have frozen though. I guess part of it is familiarity with surroundings and participants. Also, in their chosen sport, they ‘know’ what they are talking about or doing, whereas in another area, they may be in a position where they are unsure or only believe they know what they are taking about, putting that hesitation into things.
