At least your teacher can't be accused of being boring which is what many pupils accuse us of nowadays. Perhaps she actually enjoys teaching. Perhaps she would like you to enjoy her lessons too. I feel that the abnormal person in all this is you who wishes to report a teacher for brightening up your day!! Perhaps you would prefer the old-style school master/mistress who ruled with a rod of iron, dished out lines and detentions for the slightest misbehaviour and generally behaved like a Nazi stormtrooper. Mind you - we got results!!!
References :
Its a kind of teaching. If you like it, just enjoy learning. If you don't, just report it to particular teacher she will take care of methodology.
References :
No, it isn't normal. But depending on the situation, and her reason for it, it may have been a reasonable act.

I'm sure you would prefer her than a 60 year old that doesn't allow any talking at all, is boring as hell and doesn't have any rapport with her students.

If we knew why she did this we'd understand better.

Ok, so she's a little random..but the main question is do you learn?
References :
I'm a teacher and have done some pretty random things to make my classes more inspiring and interesting, (including having safely stood on tables to prove certain points to my students). I have also been successful in getting improvements across the board. (No pun intended).

Would you rather she bored you witless by talking to you on and on and on? What will you report her for? For trying to get your attention? For trying to get her point across?
References :
Life in a draughty house with cats, pianos and ancient cars

why would you want to do that?

You probably have at least danced on a table before and so why cant teachers? They're trying to either make the lesson more interesting and get the students attention or they're just expressing their joy over something.

It's just going a "teensy" bit overboard to report them for dancing.
Just a little advice, calm the **** down.
References :
If it's Stripper School, then it's normal for your teacher to dance on the tables. In fact, it's required, to teach you how to do it.
