How to prepare for a first time private dance lesson. Im 15?


Im just starting dance now and the teacher is awesome, and she says based on the class tommorow she will put me in the best spot. So i need to know how to prepare. Like should i rest a whole lot, strech avoid certain foods etc? Thanks!

what kind of dance? hip hop? ballet? jazz? etc?
but if it’s any of those you definitely need to stretch.
do bridges and splits (if you can)
eat bananas. haha you’ll need potassium.

    nope. Just relax and maybe before the class take a short walk to warm you up. Stretch a little when you wake up. The teacher will do the rest.

    Don’t stress to much, break a sweat before you spilt(do some jumping jacks or something to get your blood flowing), no soda, and have fun!
