This is the fourth lesson out of a full online belly dance course from BellyDanceBoulevard.com. Watch and practice at the comfort of your home, by yourself or with a friend.
The video starts with about one minute of me doing dance improvisation. Following that, there are about eight minutes of belly dance lesson. We learn how to do the horizontal figure eight (and variations, as always).
The magical music in this lesson is from one of my favorite CD, “Circle of Dreams”, and I am glad to say it can be bought in the boutique of BellyDanceBoulevard.com, if you like it too. The musician is Shem Tov Levi, one of Israel’s leading musicians, and with him took part in this album some of the leading and most creative musicians on the Israeli ethnic musical scene.
